Who We Bake For

Wherever you celebrate,

Ali comes to you.

Corporate events & conferences

A dessert table for a conference, a client dinner, a product launch or the office holiday party. Ali sets it up at your venue on the timeline your planner gives us.

Client & holiday gifting

Holiday boxes and signed-and-sealed thank-yous for the clients who matter most.

Country clubs & member events

Member evenings and club celebrations, with the dessert table set up in the room alongside the club kitchen.

Galas & fundraisers

Plated desserts for the seated dinner, or a patisserie table for the reception before it, set up at the venue.

Parties at home

Birthdays and showers, holiday parties, a dinner you are hosting. Ali brings the dessert to you and sets it up, from a table of four upward.

Weddings & rehearsal dinners

The dessert table and the cake, set up at the reception. The full wedding menu is on the wedding page.

What Goes on the Table

French patisserie, built for a crowd.

Dessert tables & patisserie stations

Mini fraisiers and individual entremets next to trays of madeleines. Laid out so guests take two and come back for a third.

Croquembouche

The French celebration centerpiece: choux piled into a tower and bound with caramel, assembled on-site.

Plated & coursed desserts

For a seated dinner, Ali works with your caterer on the dessert course. Plated entremets are the usual answer; a small dessert flight works well too.

Gift boxes

Boxed madeleines and patisserie for guests to take home, or for a client list at the holidays.

Ali bakes with organic butter, milk, cream, flour, sugar and honey. His madeleines come in under ten ingredients. See how that compares to a chain's label.

For Event Planners

You probably have enough vendors to chase.

This is how Ali keeps the dessert off your list of worries.

Apply for your client

The application has a field for you and the venue. Applications from planners we've worked with are read first.

One point of contact

Ali reads every application himself and works directly with you and the venue, from the tasting to the morning of delivery.

We come to the venue

Baked the day before and brought over in our own van the morning of. Ali lays out the table on-site and assembles tiered pieces in place.

A written proposal

After the consultation you get a written proposal with a custom menu, then a private tasting of the pieces we'd suggest. Bring your client.

How It Works

From application to plate.

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us the date window and headcount, plus the feel you're after. No fee to apply.

  2. 2

    Consultation

If Ali can take the date, you receive a consultation deposit invoice: $750, or $250 for a table of four or fewer. It is non-refundable and credited in full against the booking (Terms).

Questions Planners Ask

Before you apply.

Can an event planner apply on a client's behalf?

Yes. The application has a field for the planner. Applications from planners we have worked with are read first. Ali coordinates directly with you and the venue from the consultation on.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Ali takes four to five private events a month and the calendar is built five to nine months out. For a large event, four to six weeks is the shortest notice we can usually work with.

What does the consultation cost?

The consultation deposit is $750, or $250 for an intimate table of four guests or fewer. It is non-refundable and credited in full against the confirmed booking. A 50% deposit then reserves the date.

Which areas do you cover for events?

We come to your venue or your home anywhere around The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, Tomball and Houston. Everything is baked the day before, brought over in our own van the morning of the event and set up on-site. Nothing is served at our kitchen; the dessert comes to your party.

Can you handle guests with allergies?

Most of what we bake contains wheat and dairy, often tree nuts. We make gluten-free and nut-free pieces by request with enough notice, but they come out of the same kitchen, so tell us about any severe allergy at the application stage.

Ready?

Send Ali the date.

Even a rough date and headcount is enough to start. If we can't take it, we'll write back and say so.
