This is the door to Ali's private calendar — wedding cakes, croquembouche, and event work in the French tradition, designed and baked by hand. The $750 consultation deposit books your sit-down with Ali — in person at our Lake Windcrest kitchen, or by video — a private tasting and design session, and a written proposal for your event. Book within twelve months and the full amount is credited against your final invoice.

Full private-calendar consultations — weddings, events, household and corporate accounts — are $750. An intimate one-off table of four guests or fewer carries a reduced $250 consultation deposit, governed by the same terms.

Planners welcome — many of our consultations are booked by the planner, with the couple joining the tasting.
